1- No offensive, profane, harassing, defamatory, inappropriate, racist, threatening, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material , warez, illegal software, or links to malicious programs (Trojans, viruses, etc)! Offering images, links or information regarding such content will not be tolerated.
2- Be respectful to other members! It is our goal to create a clean forum for the discussion of Midway's games. Slanderous or libelous comments about other Midway users, Midway employees, or other individuals are not allowed here, and will not be tolerated. Do not post any personal information about any individual.
3- Keep discussions on topic! Please refrain from discussions not pertaining to our games or company. There are plenty of other places in the vast Internet to discuss your political or social views.
4- No signature abuse! This option is a luxury and abusing it will result in loss of that luxury. If you use a "fake signature" (Cut and pasted text into each post, instead of the automatic signature option), please do not have more than 5 lines, or use any images.
5- NO SPAMMING or Business Solicitation including advertising a product, offering a product for sale, or directing readers to a location for more information about a product. Threads created for the sole purpose of annoying other users or increasing a member's post count will also be considered spamming. Any type of soliciting will result in your immediate removal from the forum;
6- Creating threads that are off topic, empty posts, or posts with no relation to the current thread will not be tolerated.
7- No double logins! Only one account per person is allowed. By participating in Midway websites, you agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
8- We look to our community to lead by example. If you are a veteran member here, please act like one. Use this opportunity to teach and guide newer members instead of attacking them.
9- The posts within it are the property of Midway Home Entertainment Inc. If we think that someone is making the forums a less pleasant place for our customers to discuss our products, we'll remove the messages or accounts as we see fit.
10- Unless Midway lets you know otherwise, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any Midway website, or any part of it.
11- We reserve the right to remove any content from the Forum that is objectionable to us for any reason, and/or to terminate your account. This determination is in our sole discretion, and is final.
If you have moderation comments or complaints, please PM them to Sheyla instead of airing them on the boards. We have found that such threads tend to draw flames, and would much rather discuss any issues in private, where they can more efficiently be resolved.
