	I know, I know. Hardly a massive topic. But out of curiosity; what do you think of this sudden change in direction for the (former) Legends Championship? I was personnally annoyed at the decision, but - reading around - many others do not seem to share my mentality. 	Yeah and now it belongs to TNA, so they probably still change the Title of the belt, to something else I guess we all will have to wait and see. 	He is not changing the title. He is kind of making it his own and saying that his title is only defended in other countries (NOT USA) with other wrestlers (NOT USA). And they did not change the look of the belt so the legends belt is still the legends belt. 	I found the concept irritating because I like the idea behind a Legends Championship 'Division'. As TNA has stated before, a successful company needs a good mix of young talent and veterans. Whereas Matt Morgan, Hernandez, Eric Young, Bobby Lashley, and the TNA Holy Trinity of AJ, Joe and Daniels are all bound for/in the World Title Picture now, I thought that a division based solely around nostalgic veterans and their quarrels over 'Who's the biggest Legend' had some appeal. The superb Nash-Foley match at Hard Justice is a prime example of what the division could have stood for. I suppose that this re-envisioning stems from negative reactions to the belt and what it stands for regardless. The idea's all well and good, but it was introduced last year: since that time, old fogies have all been in the Main Events anyway. If held off until round-about now, the strap would have gotten alot more positive press. Besides, all of TNA's veterans are now gone, retiring or suspended. I suppose that a division based solely around foreign talent has its up-side, but I don't think that things will pan out that perfectly. It will likely become a generic mid-card title, for guys too big for the X Division. A pity. Imagine the possibilities should EY's new policy stick.
