Ok; this one's going out to the staff of Midway.
Would you please inform us if the rumors of the PS2 version of TNA Impact! being watered down is true. I've heard that it doesn't have Create-A-Wrestler and for story mode we're being forced to use a templete.
If that is so you people will upset a serious quantity of customers. If that is so the people who purchased the game will tell everyone and probably no one else will buy said game.

They wont lose a large quantity of customers because most people have PS3's, 360's and wii's, nobody really has a ps2 no more so that is why midway focused more on the next-gen consoles.
dont make stuff up to make midway look bad, they have done their best and i think it has paid off.

I think its brilliant that they are even bothering with a PS2 version. The only reason THQ bother is because they already have a engine to run on PS2.
Midway are starting this on PS2 from scratch.

My guess is that the Wii version is gonna be a freaking port of the PS2 and neither will have CAW. But hopefully they can do something with the Wii. I mean, Super Smash Bros. Brawl was made on a dual-layer optical disc which gave it double the space of a PS2 game to work with. I hope they use that.

I only have a PS2 and a Wii, and if both of those versions are watered down compared to the Xbox 360 and the PS3, I'm going to be really pissed off at Midway. Please, Midway, make the gameplay for all the games similar and make them all have CAWs and Story Mode without a reduction of characters, match types, arenas, etc.

Yeah,You are right man.You guys should not only think about your own country (AMERICA).There is other people who live around the "WORLD".And somebody said that this information is "FAKE".And if not more people use PS2 then the "NEW GEN CONSOLES" around the "WORLD.

I've heard people from Midway sometimes visit these boards, but I have no idea how that works. There has been a recent Midway representative for MK/DC popping up on that board from time to time, so hopefully they'll do the same with other Midway titles.

I only have PS2 and Wii as well.
I'm really hoping they use Wii's dual-layer capabilities like I said earlier, so they can have everything in the Wii version.
