I'm pretty certain WWE own his image rights, so I don't think it can happen. I personally hope they don't have a 'legends' roster anyway, so they can focus on the existing roster and keep it up to date with DLC.

Yes, but they don't own the imaging rights to Sabu... you can't just put any wrestler in the game!

Sabu has been in TNA.So sabu might let him be in. Actually we don't have to get permission.Because if the person contributed or not we can use other wrestlers do his moves and then look at his picture and model him.

You definitely have to get permission to use any person's image in a game.
I'm a virtual referee in FIFA 08 and even I had to sign a massive certificate so they could legally put me in.

Sabu was supposed to be a part of the Abyss/Judas Mesias storyline a while back. He was going to save Abyss from Mesias on an iMPACT! taping, but he missed a plane and I think Rhino ended up taking his place. It would most likely be possible to get him, but I think they should focus on the current roster. Maybe next time.
