Jeremy Borash ring announcer for TNA was on hand to kick off the ceremonies introducing AJ Styles, Jay Lethal, Motor City Machine guns, and the current TNA Heavyweight champion Samoa Joe. They showed the Ultimate X trailer and then they debuted the making of the Ultimate X match. the game for over 2 hours and here is what I can say about it. First and foremost, the game is still a little early. The September release date gives Midway plenty of time to polish and still tweak the game play. We talked extensively with the developers and there still debating on the speed and pacing of the game. At this point the game, is extremely fluid and smooth playing.
Ultimate X was made available to play for the first time. And even while as I mentioned earlier the game is still early it is easily the best multiplayer match type I have ever played in a wrestling game. You will be able to have at least 3 players going for the Ultimate X. But at this event the match was limited to a one on one match up. Here is the rundown of the game play on the ropes. Once your wrestler is on the ropes you have to inch your way towards the center. At this point if your opponent is on mat he can jump and pull you down into either a huge powerbomb type move or a chokeslam type move. Midway mentioned that there still adding new moves to pull your opponent off the ropes. When your on the ropes you do have the opportunity to reverse the pull down by pressing the B button which pulls your legs out of your opponents reach. Once you get to center you press the B button and then you get into a mingame where you have to time a button press to the meter. While your doing that you will be filling up a meter and once that meter is filled you win the match. The whole match is back and forth and there are some pretty cool moves you can pull off to try to get your opponent off the ropes. Besides pulling him down, you will be able to climb the turnbuckles and fly across the ring and knock him down with a high risk move.
Alot of talk has been made on the current roster for the game. Well this is far from confirmed but we also saw the intro for the game and there were wrestlers featured in the intro that have not been confirmed yet. If you want to find out who your going to have to wait for the videos that we will have of the game on the site later this week. We will have more on TNA Impact as the weeks and months move ever slowly towards the September release date.

Awesome report thanks alot 
The Ultimate X sounds awesome I can't wait to try it.
I'm glad you can do 3 way Ultimate X's, the first thing I'm doing is definitely AJ vs Petey vs Sabin!
