You listed some good choices, especially Samoa Joe vs Umaga. Other good choices would be as follows:
Sharkboy vs Stonecold Steve Austin (squash match)
Rellik vs Boogyman
Jim Cornette (with tennis racket) vs VinnieMac
Awesome Kong vs Beth Phoneix (another squash match. Beth never competed in Japan.)

some of the matches you put down actully took place so they're are not really fantasy. i voted LAX v. Cryme Time though, i'm sure they never competed against each other. and the Cena/Angle match was not bad actully

i agree wif the guy who sed Sting vs Undertaker u cant get much better than that (Sting=best TNA wrestler and his "The Icon" & Undertaker= best WWE wrestler and his the "Phenom"
but another great match would be...
Kane vs Abyss in a Hell in a Cell or a barbed wire massicer match
the 2 superstars from parts unknown beating eachother to a bloody pulp

You know what I would love to see:
DX vs. Angle and Joe- Angle has faced both members but never together as a team and i would love to see how Joe would match up.
6 Man Tag TLC Match: Edge, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy vs. Team 3-D and Christin- this would be an interesting twist of a classic considering in this one Edge and Christin would be facing each other as opposed to being a third team together.
Kane vs. Abyss- I think Abyss defenitely is taking a page out of Kane's book with the whole mask think and when the mysterious childhood.
I wish i could include matches for Undertaker, Cena, Batista, Mr. Kennedy, and Randy Orton but TNA just doesn't have the talent to match them all. - I think Undertaker vs. Sting would be interesting in theory but in real life i think it would not nearly be worth the hype.
