like if I had to do what you say! and I didn't spam/flame! man wwe/ecw/tna/*** are all the same wrestling theather! might have a different ring or different wrestlers but it's always the same! just watch TNA for 2 years and you'll see how tired of wrestling you'll be!

uhh sorry to say this but tna is wayyyyyy more extreme than wwe
as much as i like both tna had jeff hardy do a swanton off the entrance area on to abyss. Or when Abyss was throw into 4 tables all filled with tacks

i don't think that the six sided ring have conntection with TNA popularity.
i think more ppl knows about WWE only 'cause is a richer federation.
however i think that now TNA have to take the moment and avantage of the earthquake beating on WWE for the doping scandal.
TNA wrestlers seems to be "clean" and TNA has not be rshed until now by american cngress so we can hope that TNA will realize more than 1.0 of tv ratings.
however both sacrifice and hard justice were a little bit dissapointening,i hope no surrender will be better.

But guys, please, anyone, will TNA's Wrestlig game be released for PS2?! There are many controversies about this on the net. Many people say it was cancelled, others say it's just for next gen consoles such as PS3, 360, and Wii. But yet, there're still trustworthy sites that show this game will be available for PS2, for example IGN.com. There you can see that it will be released for PS2, PS3, 360, and Wii, the only one that was cancelled was the xBox version. On the other hand, at GameSpot.com, they only show 360, PS3, and Wii game versions.
I think this would be a pity, because many TNA's fans would be really disappointed, like me for instance.
Not everybody can afford a next gen console yet, it's expensive. If this won't come out for PS2, for sure they're going to lose many guaranteed buyers.
The problem is that we don't have a final answer for this, neither from Midway nor TNA.
I was wondering if anybody here could know something about this.

now the rating is 1.1 not bad,considering the 1.0 of older episodes.
i really love TNA but until now 2007 is a dissapointening year.
i remember 2005 and 3006 were every ppv was discrete/good.
WWe is unwatchable...and agan i never seen kane or undertaker chokeslamming batista onto a table....and i'm afraid that this will never happens.

Wow, I can't belive all you wwe-fanboys would rather watch boring, slow-paced, predictable matches over new fresh faces, fast-paced action, and unpredictable storylines.

Me. I want to see that. JJ is an extremely talented wrestler who doesn't rely on pyro and a 15 minute entrance to get over with the crowd. I respect Undertaker, but I'm still bored to hell with him. Also JJ owns and runs part of the company, so he'll always be in tna you noob. Now onto Batista: the guy in wrestling purely for money and to sleep with as many women as he can. He doesn't even respect wrestling, he has a moveset with less durability than the great Khali, and is rude to fans at autograph signings. Yeah, this is the sort of dude I want my kids to watch!

In my eyes, tna in late 2006 was the worst it's been for a while. The lie detector tests, the god awful booking, the unending gimmick matches all made it unbearable. But now, it seems to be slowly getting better; it's no 2005 but it's getting there.
There are still many problems in tna (Pacman Jones, Dustin Rhodes, and all the ex-wwe guys getting more tv time than the guys who are more entertaining and have been with them since the beginning, to name a few), but I see the product getting slowly better.
Now the game. I'm not expecting an amazing game on the first try, as it's taken thq years to get S vs. R up the level its at now and they've always ran it on the same engine. But I am expecting fun, and a game with a much longer life than S vs. R (Also a way to do spring-board moves easily). A couple of things I really want to see in the game:
- An extremely in-depth and unrepetative season mode
- and a better create a wrestler than S vs. R (shouldn't be too hard).
