	When attempting to install the game I get the following error which occurs immediately after the installation progress bar reaches 100%: Feature: All Languages Component: Executables File Error: Access Denied It seems to me like there's something it can't install. But there's nothing wrong with the disc and I'm trying to install this on Win XP, so it's not like it's not compatible with the OS. Any idea what could be causing this problem? Yes, I have submitted this to the official support centre.

	Just to clarify it's a "feature transfer error". Renaming the Install Shield folder doesn't resolve it and it's definitely not the disc or the drive that's at fault.

	It doesn't reach a point where compatibility is an issue. It's compatible with the OS and easily meets the requirements on the box. I'm trying to install it, so uninstalling and reinstalling isn't an option. Nothing which is (supposedly) installed before the error occurs is left after the installation closes. I have tried to install it more than once. Same error. What I'm going to try next is disabling the AV & FW before I try and install. I doubt that's the issue as it would have blocked it right from the start. But I'll give it a go.

	Oh and turning off anti-virus and firewall doesn't help one bit.

	I have exactly the same issue! I even bought the game twice to see if it was the disk. I am also running XP. any help would be awesome!
