UT3 Scrambled Graphics
Ok, i installed UT3 yesterday and for some reason everything is normal except that anything outside of like 10 feet from my character looks like a scrambled TV signal. i have tried everything i can think of and no change. it is like a haze that i can't see through. PLEASE help me figure this out because i can't live without sniping.

i adjusted all my power so like everything is directed towards prestanda (?ability lol) not graphic
