unreal anthology cd key problem

Hello everyone,
I bought Unreal Anthology today. I tried to install it but i couldn't. Although I entered my cd key to the space, the next key was still dark.
I tried for a few times more (including after rebooting my computer) but it didn't use. What must I do know?
Edit: I solved the problem now. Sorry for a junk message...

I have the same probleme i just buy the unreal anthology but when i wrote the serial the next bouton dosnt light
PLEASE HELP ME I NEED TO PLAY !!

Seems like I'm not the only person who's having this problem... ^_^!
So, now we are three. Would anyone mind to actually "help"/"support" us?
Edit: Problem solved. The "l" and "1" look the same in the used font-type... The problem was just a simple misunderstanding! ^~^

Call the number in the back of the manual and they cant help you out. They were a friendly experience to deal with and I was up and running in 5 minutes.
