Is there anyone who can be contacted about the Xbox live blackout for Blitz?

Okay, I will apologize first if this seems to be a stupid question...but please look to and understand all the players frustrations as to why I ask this.
I have called Microsoft's tech support, and I must say that they don't seem very smart or even all that technical when you speak to them.
Regardless, is there anyone that we can communicate our frustrations to about Blitz:The League being seemingly blacked out on xbox live???
I tried to connect this past weekend with two different people and we could never connect to play.
This happens all the time.
If you browse the Blitz:The League forums where it regards playing online, you will see a lot of people complaining about this.
And MIDWAY, if you read these forums, for the record...Microsoft's tech support blames you for the black out's and ask the customers to contact you about this issue. ???
I sincerely doubt this, but I have to ask now my second question, which is-is it true, is it you that we need to communicate these outages to?
I would have thought this to be a networking issue, which is why Microsoft was my first call, but...I could be wrong.
MIDWAY, can you help us?

Midway Technical support does not respond here at all so Im afraid you will not get an answer.

Blitzuser pointed me here, and I've forwarded it on to my contact at Midway. He's not with the Blitz dev team specifically, so he may or may not be able to get in contact with them. And if he does, they may or may not answer.
