Blacksite Direct2Drive patch issue

Is there a seperate 1.2 patch file that i need for the direct2drive version of Blacksite?
I ask this as ive have just finished downloading and install and my game is crashing while loading the level right after i blow a hole in the side of the underground bunker (ie loading the 3 rd level in Iraq.)
and before the mods tells me to go to the midway support section, they dont have Blacksite listed only area51 that was released 3 years ago which featured the voices of marlin manson and david doucovnye(sp)

You will need to contact them for support since downloads distributed by them are exclusively supported by them as well.
