I installed the game without problem. When I run it, it appears to begin the background videos of the main menu, but the actual words of the menu never appear. The video of the helicopters taking off, the road signs in Iraq, and the soldiers just repeats over and over for over 20 minutes. The audio is fine. When I hit my arrow keys, I can hear that I am moving menu selections. Nevertheless, the screen has no menu, just the repeating video background. I tried to use the 1.2 patch, but it wouldn't install. It says that I'm missing a necessary dll file. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem is the same. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

join the club mate, it would seem far to many of us have these errors and even two patches later, when they do install. The problems have yet to be rectified, Having had my copy for a month now and seen no new patches or workarounds. i am beginning to think midway has just took our money and ran.

Dang!
I finally got the 1.2 patch from www.data.blacksitegame.com to no avail. The patch installed, but the game still doesn't show any text. I also noticed that I am missing the "ESRB" opening page and the screen with the white background advertising the sponsors/developers. I see the "midway" page and the "unreal engine" page though.
