Crysis is not powered by UE3, Crysis uses the CryEngine 2 developed by Crytek. The Witcher uses the Aurora Engine developed by BioWare. Games that use the UE3 that have been released are Medal of Honor: Airborne, BioShock, Gears of War, UT3, Stranglehold and Blacksite. And to answer your question, your CPU should do fine. Considering how the rest of your rig is... of course. A single core CPU can not be compared to a dual core very well. I'm running a AMD x2 4600+ (each core clocks at 2.6GHZ) and the game runs as good as it can (since it's unfinished, unoptimized and buggy).
