We have lost the cross hairs on the right hand gun of a 1991 T2 arcade machine.
We reset the machine to factory presets and the right hand gun only fires up into the upper left hand corner.
Have attempted a gun recalibration but this has not worked.
Can anybody point us in the right direction of what the problem could be.
Game is too cool to die please help.

From the Customer Support Center:
Midway is no longer involved in Coin-Op or Arcade sales, service or maintenance. Happ Controls has taken over service and parts for Midway/Williams/Atari/Bally arcade games and cabinets.

Lucky for you I just had the same problem. I had to re sync the guns and the right one was just shooting in the air. I took apart the Black cover at the base of the gun and found out it was just a wire that had come off the potentiometer that contrtols the up down function of the cross hairs. If this is not the problem it might be that the potentiometer is bad.
Let me know if this helps.

By the way, if it is the potentiometer you can get one at Radio Shack way cheaper than Happ or most online arcade suppliers.

This seemed like the perfect place to ask, as it seems some of you actually have this machine.
I just acquired a T2 Arcade machine from a friend of mine not too long ago. It seems to be functional with the exception of the monitor. It is very dim, even after adjustments to brightness and contrast.
I was either going to look into one of the repair kits for a K7000(25"), OR consider selling some of my organs for a replacement monitor that would work just fine for it (but have no clue if anyone's done this successfully yet).
It was so dim in a dark room that I found it better to look directly at the screen pre-reflection and pretend the gun was inverted.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I may know where you can get a monitor. Where about do live? I just bought a stripped out machine but I don't want to pay to ship the whole cabinet so I'm just getting parts off it and the monitor will still be with it.
