When I insert the DVD into the DVD drive, it runs and runs as if it is trying to read the disc. It then shuts down my Windows explorer. Has this happened to anyone else?

Do you have any virtual disk emulators loaded into your system tray at the bottom right of your screen?
Are you using Mcafee Antivirus as well?
