I installed The Suffering 2: Ties That Bind and at first it worked fine but then the sound started to get choppy and started cutting out and in.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

My specs are:

Windows Xp with Service Pack 2
Intel Celeron 3.4GHz CPU
768 Mbits Physical RAM
Diamond Radeon X1050 256 MB Graphics Card
Sound Blaster Audigy SE
DirectX 9.0c

OK. I found out that if you turn off the 3D sound buffers the sound isn't choppy anymore.

But I have a new problem with The Suffering 2. During gameplay it crashes. I have played it 3 times and each time it has crashed in different areas. The game plays along and then "crash" it turns off and I get a send error window.
