Hi Guys
PC version of Blacksite Area 51
The game is crashing to desktop when I get into the underground lift shortly after shooting a load of aliens.
After the doors close the lift moves down but all of the characters including myself remain floating in space as the lift passes through us. Shortly after the game crashes to the desktop with a general protection fault error.
I can't get past this point in the game and I'm unable to install patches 1.1/1.2 due to an "old file..." error message.
Any ideas?

I dunno. It sounds like to me he is asking someone here for any ideas that can cause his problems. Maybe someone here has had that problem and fixed it.
