Intel Integrated graphics solutions do not contain vertex or pixel shading capabilities. Since the game is checking for these when it launches, it enumerates the capabilities of your video card, if they are missing, boom. Crash

Sorry, but you cannot download vertex and pixel shaders.
They are either built into your hardware or not.
