wtf?
i just got area 51 and my guy moves like hes drunk and in a bottle of molasses. I updated my video drivers and downloaded the new patch but still slow as crap. i have a dell xps 410 core duo processor 2 gig of ram anati radeon 256 mb x1300 pro video card and windows xp.-do i need to get a better video card or what? help cause I'm pissed

I'm having the same issue. patch did not help. I have: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ 2gb of ram, nVidia GeForce 6600 256MB. I know I have updated video drivers and etc already due to a previous game I was playing. I've noticed the game seems to hold my cpu at 99% Anyone have a fix or suggestions?

yes, I just did this today in effort to resolve it. no luck. it seemed to maybe help A LITTLE. however, it's still not really playable. I've noticed the image somewhat blurs when I look around.

anyone fix this or the stupid motion blur yet?? the patches and lowering all the video settings and etc all seem to help A LITTLE for each, but the game is still not nearly as responsive as it should be. I cannot play effectively
