Blitz 99 monitor problem

I recently purchased a Blitz 99 arcade game and I
have some issues with horizontal lines on the
monitor as well as the inability to read items on
the screen, example being the stats. Supposedly, a
new monitor was put in a few months ago. This game
was in a private collection, and not subject to the
rigors of public use. Is there anything you can
tell me about the monitor problem(s) that I am
experiencing? Thanks.

You will need to call Happ Controls for service as they now service Midway Arcade games and parts
