Please check your systemrequirements before purchasing a game...
probably 9 out of 10 occasions of having problems with a game that doesn't work has to do with people who don't check there system requirements.
If you are not sure about your system requirements or don't now where to find them, I highly suggest to go to
http://systemrequirementslab.com
This web-site contains system requirements information about various games, as not all games are yet to be in the
database, I still suggest to all consumers to check your requirements in the future.
This will not only save the trouble and time of asking to tech support and other organisations that may offer this tech service, it also saves you money as you won't have the risk of purchasing a game your computer can't handle.
I sincerely hope your problems may be solved
and I wish you you all good luck with purchasing any other games in the future.

Youre right, it is basic common sense.
You wouldnt believe the phone calls tech support lines get because of issues resulting in the non reading of the requirements.

People dumb enough to not use common sence will have it coming to them and then give them a swift kick in the ass.
Its like someone buys a ps2 expecting to play n64 games on it, its just retarded.
