	I know it's probably getting really annoying about those threads about SH....but this is gotta stop! I simply don't get it,we buy the game with our hard earned money,and almost 95% of us are getting crashing problems,and the funny thing is,that Midway isn't moving a finger to do something about it,probably they're more busy to count the profits from the xbox 360 sales. I really really waited for the game,and to get **ed by a poor optimization is really annoying and frustrating....C'MON MIDWAY!I really think you're a great company,but this is really stupid,is it so hard to dedicate some time for us PC gamers and release some sort of patch that will fix this problem(I already realized that this forum is only for users,but I just hope that the moderators will think about this and do something..) I can't run the game while my friend can,and the funny thing is,I HAVE NO IDEA WHY??The only thing he has that I don't,is a dual core,while we both have 1GB,and the EXACT same windows XP,though he has a ATI card,and I have a nVIDIA,and his card is WAAAY weaker than mine,but he still can run the game without any hick-ups or hangs or any crashes,while I can't even start a new game.. PLEASE,at least try to give us some advices\solutions that will help us with this frustrating problem... I really don't want to think that I've waited for this game for so long and wasted so much space and money on it for nothing,all I ask is SOME sort of help.... P.S I've tried EVERY driver I could just find,and it still didn't help,my GPU is nVIDIA Geforce 8600GT with 256MB.. Hoping to get positive and helping answers... PHEW...I'm glad I got this out.. 	get ahold of yourself. venting steam wont get your replys any quicker. first thing is im really surprised your friend got to run this game with 1gig of ram (like the box says YOU NEED 2 GIGoRAM MINIMUM. you might say, but its too expensive..blah blah blah its only about $50 for 1 gig atm (on sale circuit city 44.50). i have a decent computer and it wouldnt play on mine either, would crash when loading the map, menu worked fine. then i got the extra gig of ram and it played great. so next time before throwing a fit at the computer, read the instructions and MINIMUM system requirements.

	It is a shame that people do not read the system requirements before purchasing the game. I always do this before purchasing the game, I also check on the internet to see if there is game demos to play before I make a final decision on purchasing the game. Some popular places to find demos are FilePlanet , 3D Gamers, Gamershell, etc. They are not difficult to find and get ahold of if you know what I mean. -----signature----- Proud canuck living in california.
