Konquest Map Problems

OK no need for a big explanation I'll just get to the point. I would appreciate any help possible as I've spent a lot of time doing every sidequest and picking up as much koins as possible and would hate starting over.
-Finished Konquest Mode FINALLY.
-Went back attempting to get my last 2 character Liu Kang and Raiden.
-On my way to Liu at G-8 when I'm passing the mountain at E-7.
-See jade Koins, go get them.
-Somehow I went through the Mountain and am inside with a pinkish purple ground and mountain walls around me... yeah mad sucks...
What I did try:
-Tried bug f***ing the area for holes, running around changing camera angles... nothing so far.
-Tried going to places where I'm nearly out of the mountain all except my feet and punching/meditating any way to exploit my way out, nothing.
-Probably should have cut my power, as it did not save yet... but I stupidly exited and "unfortunately" saved in the process... what sucks more is there are no backup save features...
-Was hoping the exit would fix it, but no... still in my little pink cave...
Any other suggestions besides play it all over again and having to get all the maps, characters, alt bios, alt costumes, etc etc... all over again?

I would visit www.gamefaqs.com and lookup the game on there. Look for a walkthrough.

Thanks for the reply but this is not a game progress issue, I'm actually inside the mountain as in dropped into the map... a glitch... not lost on a part of the map, or in a cave...
I can see the texture inside the mountain below me "where I walk" is a light purplish bluish pink color that has no skin on it, and if I walk to the walls of the mountain my upper body can look out to where I should be. I somehow got into a place where I'm not meant to be when playing the game...

I wish you were able to, but everytime you save it overwrites the pervious save automatically, there are no 'slots.'

I think that you might have to start the whole thing over  . Sorry, but I don't think there's any way around a glitch like that.
EDIT: On a much more pleasant note, this is my 700th post.
