rise and fall won't install!
|
everytime i put the disc into my dvd rom drive nothing happens, i go to my computer and thers no R&F icon,i double click my dvd rom icon and my comp freezes. I have all the right specs and i put the game in the right drive but nothing works!
any help would be welcome

Try other DVDs to see if they show up on your computer. You can try to see if the game will show up on a different computer as well.

I wonder if this could be caused by Starforce Copy Protection. I've heard of it messing up people's CD and DvD drivers, but I think it had to be installed to do that. Maybe they have something on the disc preventing it from being read now?

I'm having exactly the same problem as Sigma, is there any update on what could be causing this? My PC spec is also adequate, my DVD plays other DVD discs and games and the copy I have loads fine on a friends laptop
