MAT Deluxe PC: Rush 2049 Runs Slow

I bought MAT Deluxe Edition today and I was very dissapointed to find that Rush 2049 is only running at half speed for some reason. Literally, it's running slow: The laptime clock is running slow and the whole game moves in slow motion, rendering the game unplayable. Rush 2049 is basically the reason I bought this collection. This is an issue that only seems to effect Rush 2049. Hydro Thunder and OffRoad Thunder run fine.
Is there anything I can do about this?
This is an Athlon 64 3500+, 2GB RAM, GF 7900GT, Audigy 2 ZS, Windows XP SP2.

they can help
i dont have MAT but it seems like they have alot of problems

Ive found the problem on this , and as a workaround you should turn off FSAA if its enabled in your advanced options in the Nvidia control panel

I'm 100% sure that this isn't a frame rate issue, but a game logic issue where the emulator is screwing up the timings.
I timed it, and the game runs at exactly 1/4th speed (4 seconds equals on second in game).

But did you try what I suggested? I cant proceed to help you further untill you try what I have suggested first

Yeah, I tried it with FSAA off and FSAA on, Anisotropic Filtering off and on, Triple Buffering off and on, and then V-Sync off and on, and each time the same problem occurs.

This is beyond my knowledge of why it wouldnt work. I reccomend you click this link http://www.midway.com/page/SupportCustomer.php and email them the problem. Your DX Diag report is most helpful to them in finding a resolution to your problem.
