In the VERY begining of the game, when Torque is in the recreation room. Where the prisoners are throwing molotov cocktails at the guards, then two monsters appear and kill them. His buddy thats in the overhead catwalk keeps getting stuck and not going through the door, hence, keeping me from further progessing. Anyway I can fix this?

The official Midway line is to change your desktop resolution to 800x600, however when I did that, I couldn't pick anything up until I changed the resolution back to 1024x768.

It didn't strictly work for me, either...I had to "force" the NPC through the door at the very beginning of the game by running into him so he'd move, then blocking his path

Point being here that the scripting in this version of TTB is amaturish, and that's being kind.
There are many people that have purchased the game legitimately (like myself) and can't play it for multiple reasons.
Months later .... no response, from either Midway or the developers.
The fact that some people can play the game no problem tells me that the game was developed on "minimal PC specifications". I say this because my PC is middle of the road but EXCEEDS the game "recommended specs".
I've seen this BS before in other games.
Don't hold your breath waiting for Midway to help you. The game was a "value" game offering and any extra monetary expenditure is, more than likely, out of the question. Trust me. I know how this system works.
Move on.
If it pisses you off that much, write your Federal representatives and demand they legislate that software distributors guarantee functionality across the platforms they claim it works on.
As it stands now, if you are a PC owner and buy a PC game and it doesn't work when you EXCEED the game requirements, the distributors should be held accountable, but they are not. Neither are the developers. Blame the law.
Buying PC games these days are a hit or miss affair. You take your chances.
Unfortunately, the chances are always after you've coughed up the cash.
That's not right.
