LA Rush doesn't even start!!!

Whenever I go to open the game, Starfu----- checkes the disk, then screen goes black and I get a generic windows "enocounter a problem and had to close" message. Midway support hasn't figured anything out yet so I thought I'd check here.
There was ONE TIME right after I started my computer up, that it booted up and ran fine but not ever since.
I've tried a clean boot and it still does not load. Could it be something to do with StarFu-----? I have the newest version of this software anyway. I've tried installing and uninstalling this games a thousands times but still nothing. All my drivers are brand new.
My specs are: AMD 2.0 Ghz., 768 mb ram, Geforce FX5900 128mb, Winxp PRO.

My specs are: AMD XP 1800+, 768MB RAM, Geforce FX 5600 84.20 drivers, XP SP2 DX9, SB Live!
I have notice that game check for SSE,SSE2 and SSE3 and other MMX function
From testInt.log
Checking CPU
MMX 1
SSE 1
SSE2 0
SSE3 0
3DNow 1
3DNowExt 1
MMXExt 1
CPU Vendor: AuthenticAMD
CPU Brand: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1800+
P4 player's have low frame rate and on AMD do not run anyway...
So what's up with this game...
For any possible workaround we need more technical information to help it self and developers...

Well, I glad at least I'm not alone. I was about to do some drastic stuff to my computer. I sent of a copy of my dxdiag specs, my msinfo specs and a screen shot of my task manager to Midway. So hopefully they'll figure something out on Monday. I'll keep you informed.

Hey Jamescole, did you ever get it going? I've sent Midway every piece of info about my computer that I could and tried tens of things but to no avail. Maybe a patch will help me

Nope...
It run's only on newer systems i think...
This is console conversion game it may take some time to developers fix this...
Why have multi forum for the same shity game that's a big Question...
LA RUSH or i like to call it LA Jam.
No more on HDD...$$$

Up and playing and all options to max...
How ? Install 84.21 WHQL drivers for nVidia fans only that's for shore
