Bravo!!! Three Cheers for Midway Technical / Customer Support. It took less then a week to get this fixed. An unheard of quick turn around time compared to other companies whom you write to , but youre lucky if you get a response!
So my final question is this , will this issue be fixed in later copies pressed at the factory? Incase my friends want to buy this sometime in the future?

Yes, but there are still 5 major problems that need fixing:
- The glitch in MK2 that makes it so you can't fight Smoke
- The glitch with some games like MK1 where its gallery says there are 20-some pics and yet you can only access 3.
- The no music glitch in Hydro Thunder
- The loud humming noise in Rush the Rock
- and the ability to adjust the start and select buttons placement in MAT3.
so they still have some work to do.

Reguarding the music in Hydro Thunder , its there , but you need to adjust the audio in the options menu of the game itself , move the sound fx slider more closer to the left to balance out the audio.
