Trouble with Psi Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy

Hello,
I installed the Psi Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy in my PC, but I can't start to play. When I try to enter in the game, anything happen and doesn't show any erro mensagem... 
My Pc is according with the minimum system requiments:

My PC:
.Soyo 7VBA133U
.Pentium III 1Ghz
.HD Sangsung SV4084H 40GB
.256MB RAM
.GeForce 2 MX200 64MB (with 81.85 Nvidia, but I already test with another driver too)
.Sound Blaster PCI 16
.Windows XP Pro BR + SP 2

Does anyone knows a solution to this problem???
