MK:SM - MKII Arcade missing in PAL version?

I have completed the 5 smoke missions, but can't find the MKII arcade version anywhere in the menu. I read somewhere that somehow it didn't make it into the PAL version and a recall is being called. Can someone help me with this problem?

It's not in the PAL version of the game on the Ps2.

Its so funny when people come on these forums and are asking why they dont have MK2 and they find out they did all that work for nothing.
