What I did may be considered cheap but it worked and that's what matters sometimes.
Just fight people and when you're about to lose, pull. It won't ruin your streak and by the time you see the streak to 24, you know the next win will get you the achievement.
Just win when you can and pull when ur about to lose.
Otherwise, find another way 
and do you know if this still works for sure
