Superman is a good character but his special moves are slowwwwwww apart from the shoulder barge. If he keeps using suction breath you should see it coming most of the time, try and stay grounded against him to avoid getting caught. If you block it you have a good chance to get a high combo in. He has a good move which juggles you if your ducking so try to stand most of the time but beware he does have a low hit which he can chain into suction breath.
