Doesn't the Ps3 support user made content? Shouldn't someone have stepped up and made the DLC?

It will support it as long as the companies who made the games want to, otherwise it would be a copyright infringement the moment distribution is made.
At least, that's the way I see it.

Its too bad they didn't let it be modded. They wouldn't have to do DLC, They could have just let the fans mod it.
