I'd like to see how they make Themyscira (Paradise Island) as an arena.
Personally, I'd like the George Perez style of Themyscira...possibly on the beach where Wonder Woman was made, with the background consisting of hundreds of Amazons with their spears pointed at the 2 combatants, and the loser gets an uppercut which sends them flying in the air and landing on the spears of the background Amazons.
And if not Themyscira, a Mount Olympus stage would be cool, where the structures are standing/facing in multiple directions!

check the wonderwoman render,themeskira(spelt wrong i know) is in,and correct me if wrong,didnt they say they combined it with shangs island like the ying yang stage in deception somewhere

It too belongs to Superman, just like Batman. Batman has Gotham city, like his render shows, and he has the Batcave. They are the biggest characters in this game, and as such have more than 1 location distinct to them in the comics, and so it is with this game.

Or it could mean the Batcave arena is for Batman, while the Gotham City arena is for Catwoman or Joker. Metropolis may be Superman's home town, but it has been defended by a host of other top tier DC Alumni. With that said, the Fortress of Solitude will be Superman's arena while the Metropolis stage may belong to the next character to be revealed!
It's interesting to note that Batman jealously guards his secrets; one of them being the Batcave. Thusly, having the batcave as an arena, where at least 7 DCU characters (of which, some are villains) will know a lot more about the Batman, is something really out of character for the Batman. Now that I think about it, the Batcave is not the best idea for an arena.
Batman's arena should have been Crime Alley or the a mud pit in the middle of the Junkyard (a la "The Dark Knight Returns" comic). Catwoman and Joker can have Arkham Asylum as their stage. It may have been said before, but the watchtower is a more ideal arena than the Batcave, just to preserve Batman's secrets; this would be like having the Kent Farm in Smallville as an arena for Superman.

feel free to correct me because i haven't been into comics since more than 10 years, but i belive the flash is no longer in central city. he's now in keystone city or something like that and coast city was destroyed by the superman cyborg and mongul. that made hal jordan go nuts and kill almost all members of the GL corps
for central/keystone city i don't see many chances since i don't remember anything iconic from it (metropolis had the Lexcorp tower and the daily planet building)
but an area in the crater where once coast city was, would be cool
