Well as long as he didn't look like this.
The fact that he does have his own movie, appeared in superman and justice league cartoons and had his own ongoing comic series probably means he IS iconic enough for the game.

he IS iconic... he's had his own movie, succesful ongoing comic series, appeared in the justice league cartoon many times... that is enough to be more Iconic than a lot of other characters that are in this game already
