An idea for Shang Tsung

Scence we cant have Shang Tsung morph because of loading moves and such I had an idea. What if Shang Tsung could do a handful of the other charicter' s moves. Like Chamilion. . .for example. when he did say Sub Zeros freeze we would see sub zeros animation for that momente insted of Shang Tsungs. So we still get the idea and the "bad ass-ness" of shang tsungs morph abilitys.
Its just an idea, what do you guys think. . could that be done?

to be honest i'd prefer him morphing with his own unique moves than pretend to do others' moves

Nah. He shouldn't be able to pull off moves without having the character to turn into first. It's almost manditory.

I dunno thats what Shang Tsung is known for his Morph and if he had ppls moves then he wouldn't have his Soul Steal or his Flaming Skull Projectile.

That's an excellent idea that would get past the "not enough memory" problem.
Maybe going through the portal (or whatever) into the DC Universe weakened his powers such that he can only copy someone nearby, ie. someone he is fighting.
He might be too overpowered if he just copied the moves and your opponent had no idea which moveset you currently had.

Shang Tsung has officaly been **gimped** him wit out his morphs is an epic fail .. might as well not have him in the game.. or a real good stoy behind him not being able to morph.. and it better not be the same *magical events8 that made Superman a *semi-gimp*

I think its better to give Shang Tsung brand new moves that are his own...It's unfortunate that he can't morph but he has potential for really creative moves...theres only so many times I can see a character freeze someone...
