IF HE IS IN THE GAME THEY Should use the Joker look from the movie as a tribute to Heath Ledger and plus he looks cool to.
Give him booms and laughting gas as special moves. Acid Flower. Knife make it as fast as Sareena when he throws it, tons of explosives,A gun,etc....

I would agree, the movie look fit's in way better. But if he is in it will most likely be his comic look, I think they are staying away from movie looks.

They should use it in this case because this Joker looks the best of all the Jokers and he also did the best Job out of all the people who played the Joker with that said the dark knight was far better than batman the first movie.

The Dark knight IMO is the best movie of this entire millenium seriously i dont think a better movie has been made
EDIT: oops i forgot lol  they said they didnt wanna go into movie appearances im sure he will look comic book style

Remember they have been trying to give kitana her movie looks since mkg so it is not unpossible they wont do it and a matter of fact im going to ask them to do it on mk_hec forum.
