MK_Hec himself has said, "we wil set the world on fire" at Comic-Con with 4 new characters. 
My guess
1.) Raiden
2.) Goro
3.) Darkseid
4.) Solomon Grundy/Joker

I think 2 of those releases is going to be Liu Kang and Captian Marvel. I only say that because at E3 Ed Boon said they where going to show those 2 charaters so its probably going to be just 2 characters that we havent got wind of yet.

I think 2 of those releases is going to be Liu Kang and Captian Marvel. I only say that because at E3 Ed Boon said they where going to show those 2 charaters so its probably going to be just 2 characters that we havent got wind of yet.

No man it's 4 new ones! Hec said, at Comic Con, we will know 14 characters. We already know 10, including Marvel and Kang. Now if the 4 to be revealed characters were 2 + Kang and Marvel, that would sum up to only 12 characters being known...

wrong thats not confirming new characters that just showing what they look like. they said 2 will be confirmed at Gamespot/E3 and 4 different ones will be confirmed at Comic Con
