don't you mean when he changed into kintaro? in mk2. that was one of the most irritating fatalities, you had to hold lp pretty much before the round started

That was actually Kintaro he changed into in MK2. But yes that is a good idea. But instead of only turning into who he's fighting, what about turning into anyone randomly for a short amount of time and then he has to wait like 10 seconds before morphing again.
