Still not satisfyed with fatality comfirmation

In the last week midway has confirmed that fatalities will be in the latest Mk release which is great : ) but my question is what can we expect to see happen in these faltalities? As a PG-13 rated game I highly doubt that any dismemberment will be seen at all. Will these fatalities be more like a brutality ?. From what the 2 dudes on the pod cast had mentioned is that brutalities will be present. Im just thinking that these fatalites will be more of a beat'em up finisher and have it up to us to imagine if we have finished them to the death or not.

I find that asking for too much leads to bad results, whereas
humbly waiting leads to great results. I'm sure Midway won't disappoint, and if people are still gonna get all butt-hurt about the results, then they shouldn't buy the game.

As I said in another thread here, all MK characters and DC villans will have fatalities...while the DC hero's will have non death brutalities.

This was confirmed weeks ago, and was reiterated in the recent podcast. It's pretty much a guarantee at this point.

Don't get me wrong Im a huge fan. And I've been since day one. I am not critizing the creators at all just challenging there views and opinions. There is just a couple things that puzzle me, like Midway and Dc trying to use "iconic" material from both perspectives. You would think the brutalness of the MK world would be concidered to be part of its iconic stature. And for DC to limit the rating to PG-13 also confuses me. For example Batman's story lines these days are based on death, prostitutes, drugs and gangsters. To me that does not sound pg rated. I personally think DC should of concidered to let this game have a mature ratting as they seem not to worry so much about the content when it comes to there comics. I understand that DC appeals to a mature and young audience. But joining forces with MK should of been enough for them to decide that this game should be generated to there adult audience especailly that the consumers these days seem to be in the later ages. But at the end of the day this game will prove to be quality im sure
*I'd just like to add that my debate is not if there will be fatalities but what are we expected to see ? Meaning are we going ot be able to punch and kick a person to death ? or slice them in half ?.

IIRC, the T rating was Boon's idea. Plus, the the merge has nothing to do with today's batman movies.

I am not speaking about the collaboration of story lines in this video game . I am speaking of the general content that DC is willing to use for there universe and why it would limit them to over look that when it comes to joining the world of MK. I was using the content of Batman's stories in the comic books as a example of DC's mature material. And Ed boon agreed to make the game PG-13 at DC's request.

As long as my fatalities aren't simply walking up to some one and cutting them in half *yawn*. I want something I haven't seen before or something so classic ya CAN'T go wrong with it...Like ,example, Baraka impaling the loser in the neck with both blades, lifting them up, then slicing up with one blade and down with the other.

thats what im talking about .. Will Midway be able to dismember selected characters. With a PG-13 rated game chances are you will not be able to see Baraka do that at all. It may be as simple as breaking the a neck with the victims body still intact. thats what I'm asking

Understand that I am just using examples of what can possibly happen and there limitaions. In a T rated game developers are limited to what can actually happen such as gruesome deaths. I think some people have over looked the fact that yes fatalitites are in but the question is how true to what we are used to seeing will it be.

I'm okay with what we got so far. I like that the heroes don't kill but still wanna see some gory new fatalities. That got me thinking, will they bring back classic ones?
