It is NOT the 8th entry into the Mortal Kombat Storyline, so that's a strong argument for it not being MK8.
It IS the 8th entry into the Mortal Kombat fighting genre, so there's an argument for it being MK8.

Will there be hidden characters and will they be some of the past hidden characters ie.. Reptile, Smoke,Noob,Jade,Rain...?

anyways

i have made countless important topics and even other said they should be stickied but they werent. some were about MK history and other things like release dates and stuff
and to the people wondering if it is MK8 no since its not part of the main story it wont be the REAL MK8

there were like 20 different ones with this same name second Aritage is taking all the credit for all the info in the FAQ when it was me and some other people that gave him the info. plus some of my topics were from B4 his FAQ. the release date topics r very important as well as the MK HISTORY one

any possibility to increase the roster size to 30 characters?! Also will someone fix sonya hair (pony tail I mean, the hair need to be caught closer to the head )?
Any chances for one of these stages to return on MK vs DC, the street, the bridge, the bank, rooftop or waterfront? This stages are very urbanistic and they could be given to sonya or any other american character that could make the cut to mk vs dc. Earthrealm is not just about asia there are these "forgotten" stages from Mortal Kombat 3 located in the U.S.
Can we expect extra content to be in the game like some concept art, artwork, comics, videos, bios (very important!!!)?! Any chance for each character ending in the arcade mode to be in fmv (full motion video) like in mortal kombat 4 and not in pictures like in deadly alliance and deception? Also will catwoman have her catwoman black costume without the googles (with mask instead)as alternate costume? could they make it the primary costume and make the current costume to be her alternate? thank you. take care.

Will Kitana be in this game?
Warriors will have more than two costumes?
Will we have CGI or FMV endings?
There will be customable costumes, just like Virtua Fighter/Tekken?
