It states 2 NEVER BEFORE SEEN.. we have seen catwoman... and not shang tsung... so possibly it can be shang tsung vs joker?

Just that the person who said that statement is just badly misinformed. As most people are. She's still not a villain weather she appears on gametrailers or not. Same as the sky won't be green no matter if some guy from gametrailers said he's gonna show 2 green stuff today - grass and the sky. People are funny. ^^
