The Characters in Mortal kombat and the Characters in DC can easily be compared to one another.. Hell most of you people are doing it now and complaining about it... You can take any character in the DC Universe and put him to a equal match with a character from the MK universe...
Okay well next time you make a new topic,start it when you have the mood to explain your points but untill now all of your points if not most of them were proven wrong.

the reason why it wouldn't work is simply because Marvel is better than MK and they would not only make MK look worse, but it would bring down the ratings of Marvel for even considering such a game like MK and Marvel wouldn't want that.
MK needs to stick with something lower than it's level and that's DC. Perfect!

SUB ZERO AND ICEMAN!!! HELL if that were the case i could say Frosty the SNOW MAN reminds me of Sub zero... That is totaly the wrong answer... neither character have anything similar to each other... No story no power or anything...

oh what fun this thread is! By the way all i have to say in the whole sub and ice thing is, they are different because subs knows martial arts, has a sweet ice sword, is a freakin NINJA! and doesn't visit Gay XXX bars (family guy reference for anyone who was wondering or thought i just made it up) i don't want to get into a huge forum fight with anyone so i'm sorry for the gay thing. oh and i like DC better than marvel cause DC has stronger people. If you're going to show me up don't say something like "OMG you're so stupid ____ is stronger than anyone!" Just give me information plain and simple. I'll be happy to see it!

alot the characters do have similarities, but mainly with characters that wont appear in this game. but since all those characters are still in the same universe i GUESS you could say their universes are compatible....I don't really think so though, still i post my character comparisons. Cuz killer frost has ice powers…. She’s crazy evil, she loves to freeze you’re feet, and she uses Ice daggers.

Unlike other male ice users (mr freeze, captain cold, minister blizzard) he doesn’t use an ice gun. He’ll still get owned by subbie though.
Reptile/Killer Croc
Both are reptiles who have to struggle with their animalistic side becoming more and more dominant.
Noob/Shadow Thief
Ninja/assassin that has shadow powers, pretty perfect fit.
Jax/Steel
Personality wise, pretty similar; clear headed, careful, but fierce in battle. Both are tech enhanced, and black too, how about that…
Kano/Tharok
Basically only cuz there are evil and look similar.

Nightwolf/Artemis(Requiem)(she normally puts arrows in demon heads but i like this picture)
Bow wielding Native American shaman vs bow wielding Amazon warrior. *shrugs*
Raiden/Black Lightning
Raiden can control lighting, teleport and fly. Black lightning can control lightning, become lightning, shoot lightning, absorb lightning, etc. Raiden has the whole god advantage though.
Cyrax/Cyborg
Well, unlike the other MK cyborgs cyrax is a good guy. Like cyrax, Cyborg was a test subject, but for his parents, not the lin kuei. So yeah, test subject cyborgs, and guess what? They are both black…. Wow.
Shang Tsung/Felix Faust
Powerhungry evil sorcerers…that’s about it.
Liu Kang/Richard Dragon
Plain human martial arts masters.
Shinook/Neron
Ruler of the netherrealm vs potential ruler of hell. Both are evil and have godlike magical abilities.
Ermac/Prometheus
Ermac is a telekinetic warrior with the souls of a legion of dead warriors. Prometheus has the fighting abilities of the top 25 dc martial artists in his head. Also, his helmet interferes with your thought process, disrupting Ermacs telepathy.
Sonya/Spysmasher
Blonde , human, female, special forces US agents…..Spy smasher has rank on Sonya though so I think Sonia loses.
Moloch/Solomon Grundy
Superstrong big brute demon vs superstrong big brute zombie.
Onaga/Darkseid
Superpowerful Tyrants

Cheshire is an assassin and the biggest traitor in DC. Very evil

Ashrah is a demon-hunting human-demon. Blue devil is…a demon hunting demonic human? They’re on the same side, but they wouldn’t know it….Blue devil is also actually a martial artist. BONUS!

Both power hungry powerful tyrants. Kahn poisoned Onaga, Mongul punched his sister’s head off.
Jade/Fatality
OMG it’s a dark skinned woman that wears green and fights with a stafflike weapon. Plus her name is fatality, she should have a MK match up.
Sindel/Silver Swan
Sonic scream, flight.
Johnny cage/Booster Gold
Both celebrities that try to prove themselves. I think they are both kinda lame.
Dairou/Deathstroke
Respected Guardsman turned mercenary vs supersoldier turned mercenary.

Hulk could probably take them all down...
I'm pretty sure that subs could take hulk. I'm not saying that cause he's my fav i'm just saying he could easily freeze im then like push him over.
