It has to be Hal Jordan and Barry Allen for Flash. And once again Dick Grayson for Robin (which would be cool to have the Nightwing outfit for an alternate costume). They need the Silver Age because those are the ones that are truly "iconic."

Hal Jordan as default, and John Stewart as the alternate. Like in MK: Trilogy, if you wanted to select MK1 Kano you highlighted Kano and pressed select, maybe they could do that again.

My favorite Green Lantern is Hal Jordan, and my second one is Kyle Rayner. I don't need to say why Hal is so awesome
But Kyle, he's an artist, so he could have a different moveset from Hal, with a lot more of special effects (and a bats*** amount of alternative costumes)
Kilowog could be a nice addition too. Can you imagine him against Goro?
And Guy Gardner just for the kicks. LoL
