You're confusing the Cain/Kane part.
Batwoman(Older, lesbian redhead) is Kathy Kane.
Batgirl(Young, near-mute half Asian) is is Cassie Cain.

Kathy Kane appeared first as Batwoman. They stopped using her for a over four decades, and in the late 90's, DC introduced a new Batgirl named Cassandra Cain, partly as an homage to Kathy Kane's name while also referencing Cassandra and the Oracles since she worked with Barbara Gordon, the previous Batgirl who now calls herself the Oracle.
With comics bringing back Silver Age concepts, an updated Batwoman came back, which leads to the name and role confusion.

Well then that tells me you really don't know much about Robin/Tim, he took down Metallo in a one on one fight. A Superman villian.
All you people who say Robin sucks yet you can't come up with a decent answer is to why. Sure we know he isn't good as Batman but he is making his way up, heck when Superman and Robin teamed up awhile back Robin ended up saving Superman.
Robin has also been around longer then some of the big names except Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern. Batman has even admitted himself Tim will someday surpass even him.
So please when you debate don't just say, because he is Robin, what kind of answer is that without support. I'll admit he wasn't always all that good but I feel he has made his way up, even getting his own solo title.

You can't take people talking about fictional characters seriously after you yourself argued about one for over weeks in a forum for a game centered on fictional characters involved in a multiversal fighting tournament? Seriously? Pot, kettle, black.
Robin took on Metallo? Never heard of it, but that's gotta be some bad writing, man. While we're on the subject of Robin, I miss Tim's old outfit.

Just curious what specifically did he say he'd surpass him in. IMO the only thing he could would be as a detective(MAYBE overall intelligence). No one can be better than Batman in everything, he's just too good. Batgirl will be better than him at fighting, and Nightwing is closest to him overall, (and owns him at bringing heroes together and leading) oracle is better than him with computers and stuff....
