The Spectre
Aquaman
Scarecrow
Mr.Freeze
Doomsday
Darkseid
Brainiac
and a Parallax costume would be cool, for Hal or Kyle.
I would also say Flash, but I've already seen a screen of him in it so.. yay:)

I want to see The Penguin in this game. I'd be nice to have a short character for a change. MK characters have always been the same size, or about the same size, except for bosses, which were way bigger than playable characters.

If its got Lobo in it I am buying it. Darkseid or even Orion would be very cool. Also what about some of the elementals Firestorm or Swamp Thing?

I would definitely enjoy seeing the addition of
Martian Manhunter
Robin(alternate costume could be classic boy wonder, and nightwing)
Green Lantern (alternate costumes could possibly be- Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Kyle Rayner etc.)
Wonder Woman (would be amazing to see her go one on one with sonya blade)
Joker (you have to have him in this game)
Lex Luthor
Aqua Man
Bane
hawkgirl
Bizarro(could be alternate suit for superman)
Deathstroke(would be interesting)
Two Face
Green Arrow
Poison Ivy
CatWoman
Ra's Al Ghul

BATMAN VILLIANS!!!
1. Clay face: Would be perfect for a boss, since he can transform into anything would have great special moves.
2. The Joker: Just needs to be in it.SPread laughing gas.
3. Two-Face: Quarter
4. Mr. Freeze: Good match up against Sub Zero
5. Mad Hatter: You could throw a card on someone as a special move and you would control them to do harm to their self.
6. ScareCrow: Spread Fear gas.
