the jail house,with maybe some captured HEROS in it!!  THAT WILL MAKE IT VERY ORIGINAL,whos with that? or maybe not heros,but just some normal citizens and a couple busted up corpses/body parts in there? :P
maybe...wasnt it the ancient temple? add some traps in it like hammer traps or nets(to get a couple free shots off your opponent,boons favorite,as he said in an interview)
uhm...(that guy with the golden mask...lol cant remember his name,kinda reminds me of DR.strange?)a kinda library filled with magick and stuff(holy crap im filed with ideas,somuch coffee!!
a cave(not the batcave,put in gotham cty instead,add a cave with a couple gazing creatures and stuff,with pillars that maybe fall off the "ceiling"
A STARBUCKS! FOR COFFEE!!maybe a TIM HORTONS?

I hope at least 3 of five ones, 2 of the rest and 1 not yet in this list.
Thats a great list of arenas. Perhaps some of those stages could be linked together such as:
Mt. Olympus (George Perez style) arena would connect to Themyscira, or the Batcave Arena could lead to Catacombs which lead (up)to Gotham.
I would also like to see the Beginning of Time, a stage were it is all white and in the background is the large hand of the Anti-Monitor with the multiverse in his palm, swirling around waiting to be born.
Speaking of which, how about a Metropolis or Gotham or Bludhaven stage with a twist. That twist being a wall of Anti-matter will slowly be creeping up on the arena, consuming all in it, hence the timer of the round....60 seconds to beat the snot of your opponent before you die.
Last stage I would suggest is the Death of Supergirl Arena. Set in the Anti-matter universe, it will be an arena set up to look like the Crisis on Infinite Earths cover where Superman is carrying Supergirl. Only in this stage the fighters will be battling on the spot where Supe's was standing, and all the DC characters are in the background watching!
