I really don't know any arena's except for the new released Metropolis and I know about Gotham City.

Fortress of Solitude (Superman's base)
Paridise Island (Wonder Woman's home)
JLA Watchtower in Moon.
Iron Heights (maximum-security prison in The Flash comics)

unique realm level's and ofcourse you got to have gothem city maby you can throw you openet into a parked car or bash them against a building, some old school clasic mk levels would be good too

hmm...I dont know alot about DC arenas...all I do know is I love Batman...but I wouldn't say the Batcave as others did as that location is only known to Batman and a select other few...so I would say:
The Streets Of Gothem
Titans Tower (if any TT characters get into the game)
