secondly, you are stating an OPINION. judging a game (in most cases) is like judging food, it all comes down to your personal taste. There are people who say that the MK franchise, in its entirity, suck. for every game that has ever won a Game of the Year award, theres a clan of gamers out there who think that game is a pile of crap.

Thirdly, you are delusional. Midway doesnt give a flying fuck what you, me, or anybody else thinks. if you got a petition together, and had the signatures to equate to say maybe the entire county of Chicago, than MAYBE they'll pay attention. they arent going to change the game, not when they have allready spent a year+ of development money on it. they are ESPECIALLY not going to waste a year of development investment when their about to go bankrupt. by making a whole new game, thats actually taking a bigger risk because they have spent more time, more money, into the game, which means that in order to make it in the black, let alone a substantial profit, they would have to sell a significant ammount of more copies.

Finally, who the Fuck do you think you are, the reincarnation of Nostradomus? you have a lot of nerve to say shit about me that, not only do you have absolutly no goddamned clue about, but its also completly inaccurate. I just don't think they've had time to experiment enough with them. However, the fatalities that are there in the past weren't that bad. Especially whenever they "revamped" the games. It's the successive games on a similar console platform that wain in creativity.

I hope they're working on MK9(or "the real MK8", however you take it) right now. Giving them a good 4/5 years for something more true to MK than this MKvsDC thing.

I've never liked games that have the cop-out "finishers" for the sake of the lessor ESRB rating. They never adequately satisfy. I think Fight Night is the obvious exception to that rule though, cuz it's something different.

I want really graphic, really violent, visceral, brutal, fatalities from MK. Drop the hammer already MK, this is next gen. DO IT! please..lol

6 million ways to die? lets try maybe 30.

they've had 16 years of experimenting. alot of franchises wind up being substantially different from the original game after that long of a time.

Fight Night is different because its Real, and its true to life. allthough this game will certainly allow some things that are not within the realm of reality, Midway is aiming for a more realistic fighting experience than what we have seen in past games.

the fatalities, especially of later games, have done nothing for me because they were so unbeleivable. yah their really bloody, but their also fake, and even if you dont conciously think, your subconcious knows theres no way for it to really happen. I am willing to sacrifice alot of the blood and gore (considering it was excessive to begin with) for something that, when I see, I actually think it could happen.
